Booking requests are being accepted for 2023. All bookings agreed following the last AGM have been confirmed.
The first time you enter the new process you will need to set up your own individual account. Your user name is your email address. This is the main email address that is used when receiving communication from Denia 2000. The booking request system has now been enhanced and now supports the process of requesting a booking and a confirmed booking stage. Once the booking has been confirmed it will be shown as 'blue'. It is possible to click on your week and enter the names of those staying and a contact mobile telephone number. You can quickly identify your week(s) as they will have a black border around them. Please fill in this information for all your confirmed weeks. This is essential information for our property managers to ensure the apartment is set up appropriately and for dealing with any problems that may arise. It is possible to cancel a booking through this process and an email will automatically be generated to confirm that the booking has been cancelled. Just click on the week in question and select "Cancel Booking". This new system replaces the "booking sheet". Previous years booking sheets from 2015 are available to view should you need to see this information.
